It contains shine boosters that work with the Micro-Connective Technology in Osmo Ikon hair colour ensuring the colour gets right to the heart of the hair cortex thus givinglong-lasting colour with vibrant shine.
It has a creamy, smooth consistency that makes it easy to mix and alight fragrancefor a more pleasant colouring experience.
Osmo Ikon Cream Developer comes in 1000-ml (1-litre) bottles in5 strengths: 5 vol (1.5%), 10 vol (3%), 20 vol (6%), 30 vol (9%) and 40 vol (12%). The 5 vol is thereplacement for the now-discontinued Osmo Ikon Tone on Tone Enhancer.
