Transform bold colours into soft pastel hues with our Neutral Mix. Full creativity in your hands: the more Neutral Mix you add, the paler the colour will go.
Acting similarly to a glaze or a gloss, your colour will have a level of transparency.
How many bottles will I need?
-If you have short hair or are just looking to top up your colour, 1 bottle will do the job. We would recommend 2 bottles for lighter colours on short hair just so you can fully saturate each strand. 2 bottles for mid length hair - you need that full saturation and all important smooshing of the colour on your hair! Longer hair will need around 3-4 bottles to make sure every strand gets an even dose of colour.

Customise your colour?
-Neutral Mix is the ultimate partner to customise any of our vivid shades! Add to any of our bolder shades to create that creamy pastel. Try it with Lime Twist, Canary Yellow, Hot Purple, Fire, Orange, link text or Pinkissimo. . . the list goes on. While it may work on our softer pastel shades, the results may not be obvious.
Step By Step Guide
-Using Neutral Mix to pastelise your shades will always work best on a lighter base, we recommend lightening your hair to a level 9 or 10 (blonde) with our High Lift Bleach Kit to create the perfect blank canvas for your dye. Simply dilute the colour with Neutral Mix until desired shade is achieved.
